The above surcharges are in Euro (€) per event and apply to any event hosted at the villa including weddings and photo shoots. Events would have to be pre–approved by the owners. All events should not exceed 40 persons and any music at the event needs to adhere with residential regulations.
Payment Policy
To secure the reservation, a 30% deposit of the full accommodation cost is required with the balance to be settled at check-out.
For reservations made within 21 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit of the full accommodation cost is required with the balance to be settled at check-out.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable, unless otherwise noted. Free cancellation does not apply to reservations made within 21 days prior to arrival or on special rates and offers.
Late Cancellation Penalty
Reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival are charged 100% of the total accommodation cost.
“No Show” or departure prior to your scheduled date, equals a 100% charge of the total accommodation cost.
